The company's history back to 1983 when the factory started as an industrial group for the manufacturing textile machinery in Ghadir, under the license of the Swiss Solzer's company and began to operate in 1993 .Since 2008, due to problems in the textile industry, the company start its mission as an OTC manufacturer of components and assemblies, as well as a turbine engine with more than twenty years of experience and new investments.
